The building, a conversion of a historic Courtaulds textile factory, was transformed into 58 luxury apartments that blend heritage character with modern living.

Our team was responsible for the complete design, planning, and installation of the HVAC systems throughout the development, including apartment-level heating solutions and ventilation across all floors and communal areas.
