Located in a busy residential area of Leicester, this project involved the full mechanical fit-out of a newly refurbished multi-occupancy property on Buckminster Road. Horizon Building Services was appointed to design and install modern heating, hot water, and ventilation systems tailored to the demands of long-term domestic use.

Our team delivered a complete energy-efficient solution, including the installation of gas-fired boilers, pressurised hot water cylinders, and mechanical extract ventilation systems in compliance with Part F of Building Regulations. Every system was designed to prioritise both tenant comfort and long-term reliability.
